11:00 am: REFRESH - Wyatt Heritage Properties Inc.
What do you get when you approach art with an eco-friendly perspective? REFRESH!
Local artists have created sculptures made of recycled material. People are invited to stroll the lawn and view the works:

11 am- 8:00 pm: Drive-Thru Art Exhibit
Prince Street, which runs through the historic Wyatt Heritage Properties, will become an outdoor art gallery. The work of a number of local artists will be on display on each side of the street. People are invited to enter the exhibit in their cars off of Granville Street, and slowly drive along Prince Street viewing the exhibit. Live music will add presence to the exhibit and give the passer-by a sense of the arts and its place in the physical and mental health of individuals and community. People can drive the exhibit as many times as they desire. They will exit unto Spring Street. Admission is free.

1 pm - 3 pm: La Centre Belle-Alliance presents magician and illusionist Remi Boudreau. He will be sure to shock and amaze during the Summerside Arts Festival! He is one of the most highly regarded magical entertainers in Atlantic Canada, and with more than 1800 performances under his belt, this world-class magician promises an entertaining and amazing performance that will engage all audiences. See Remi Boudreau on the grounds of the festival. He will be roving the lawns of Wyatt Heritage Properties creating magic as he goes.

7 pm: The Scott MacAulay Performing Art Centre at the College of Piping-
Radio Dramas
Volunteer amateur actors will take to the stage of the Scott MacAulay Performing Art Centre to voice the scripts before a live audience. Foleys will produce the sounds just as they did for live radio. Pianist Christine Anderson Gallant will be on the piano to create the mood for the dramas, which will be recorded and later join the other Culture Summerside online radio drama library.
Spoken Word performances will also be part of the evening with Holy Trinity and PEI Poet Laureate, Tanya Davis.

Eptek Art and Culture Centre (130 Heather Moyse Dr)
Create a chalk masterpiece! You are invited to create a chalk work of art at the front entrace of the Eptek Centre (chalk will be provided or bring your own). Another creative project happening at Eptek is the creation of a “Rock Snake.” Visitors are invited to bring their own rock (there will also be some on site) and paint a rock to add to the Rock Snake.

The Songs of Gene MacLellan
On stage at the Harbourfront Theatre is the show "The Songs of Gene MacLellan". Catherine MacLellan, daughter of the legendary songwriter, features the songs of her father. This world premiere – part concert, part memoir – will be both moving and uplifting in equal measure.

6 pm - 8pm: Summerside Rotary Library
Everyone is welcome to participate in rock painting! Individuals are encouraged to paint two rocks, one to add to the library’s’ rock snake, and one to take home. These rocks can be used in flower beds, flowerpots or just for decoration. We will provide the rocks and the paint; all you need is your imagination.
